How can I deliver my document to you and how will I receive it back?

Greek TranslatorsYou can chose to either deliver your document by email or post, or drop by one of our 11 offices around Australia where our helpful staff will securely scan your document. Within the agreed turnaround time, we will email a draft translation to you for review. A final certified translation is then provided in electronic and/or hard copy formats, posted to your home or business address, as required.

What is the difference between translation and interpreting?
Translators are concerned with the written word. They render written text or recorded verbal matter from one language to another in a written text. Translators specialise in specific types of subject matter, e.g. law, health, science and technology. Translators undertake assignments which range from simple items, such as Birth Certificates, to more complex texts, such as articles for publication in specialist professional journals.

Interpreters are concerned with the spoken word. They render information and ideas from one language into another in an oral format. Interpreters are frequently required to work in both language directions, in health, legal, welfare and commerce scenarios. Conference interpreters are more commonly required to work in one language direction only – usually into their first language.

Why pay a translation company when I can get a free online translation?
Be wary of machine translations and free website translation software. Invariably, your message will not be conveyed to your audience as you intended, because grammatical errors and typos occur frequently with automated translation software.

Moreover, a full-service translation company will take care of all the steps in your translation process, from discussing the design of a multi-lingual brochure, the handling of the actual translation through to typesetting and website registration with foreign search engines. A translation company is in control of quality all along the way, as well as of the budget and time frame.

Additionally, official documents in Australia must be translated with NAATI accreditation. Our NAATI accredited translations are highly regarded by Australian Government agencies.
